Étude Pilates — Refund Policy

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Cancel any time

You can cancel your Étude Pro subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops all future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

No refunds on partial periods

We do not refund partial periods. If you cancel partway through a monthly or annual period, your access continues to the end of that period, and the unused part is not refunded.

Renewals

Pro renews automatically, monthly or annually depending on your plan, until you cancel. We will show your renewal date in your account.

Exceptions

We provide refunds where they are required by law, or at our discretion in the case of a clear billing error. If you think you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@etudepilates.com and we will look into it.
